Ana Paz, Senior Account Director
Ana leads the account, digital and creative teams for two very diverse clients – The New York City Health Department and the world’s 11th largest financial institution, The Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ. A native Spanish speaker, Ana excels in both general and multi-cultural marketing. She has a strong passion for social work and a deep interest in consumer behavior, which explains why you can often find her nose buried in the latest trend reports.
For the NYC Dept of Health she has overseen the development of integrated campaigns across social, digital and traditional media channels aimed at communicating life-affecting public health messages including HIV/AIDS prevention, anti-smoking, domestic violence, alcohol awareness, foster care, teen pregnancy, homelessness and gun violence.
For Bank of Tokyo, she manages Bandujo’s ongoing development of the BOT intranet which connects thousands of employees, oversees the design and development of the organization’s first public website for the Americas, and is responsible for all digital and offline communications for the bank’s extensive Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
Prior to joining Bandujo, Ana spent over ten years managing multi-cultural campaigns for brands in diverse business categories – from beauty to health to government to wine & spirits. She graduated from CUNY Hunter College with a degree in Sociology and double minor in African American/Puerto Rican studies and Psychology. Ana is a huge animal lover, and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Sancho and Johnny.
