Helping one of the world’s largest financial institutions build recognition and appreciation

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ is the 11th largest bank in the world, serving some of the most sophisticated multi-national clients across the globe. Yet, when compared to much smaller banks, they faced broad recognition issues, especially in the Americas Region. Beginning in 2011 they turned to us to assist them in not only elevating their presence to the outside world, but also in elevating their presence among their own employees — many of whom weren’t aware of all the good Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ does in the world. We began with the design and development of a new Americas region intranet to build a stronger communications bond among the thousands of employees. Then continued into a range of traditional and digital communications, including the launch of Bank of Tokyo’s first Americas website in 2013.
